Fairmont Southampton is seeking an experienced and passionate Maître d' to lead operations at the Waterlot Inn. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of service, team leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction in a fine dining environment. Responsibilities include staff training, marketing initiatives, and maintaining the restaurant's high standards of ambiance, cleanliness, and service.
