Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in a building operator role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment; Trade certification – Electrical; Strong understanding of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent customer service skills
