Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is hiring a

Guest Ambassador

We seek a warm, friendly and professional individual to join our team as Guest Ambassador. This individual will provide our guests and customers with all aspects of Guest Ambassador services in a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner, including but not limited to their arrival and departure experiences. Ensure work area and equipment is clean, organized and well looked after. Assist the Front Office/Concierge Team to ensure all aspects of Departmental standards (including safety & hygiene) and service expectations are met, if not exceeded. Coordinate and work well with other departments towards the good of the Resort. Directly reports to the Front Office Supervisor, Guest Services Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager. Successful Candidates must be highly reliable, able to work well with a team, greet guests with a smile and willing to work, days, evenings, weekend, split shifts and holidays.

Requirements

Must have a High School or Equivalent education. Previous hotel experience in a similar position is preferred. A warm and outgoing personality is highly important for this guest relations position. Must be reliable and prompt, with strong initiative as well as willing and able to carry and lift heavy items (i.e. guest luggage, golf bags). Must be willing and able to work in an outdoor environment in all types of weather. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including shift work (daytime and evenings), weekends and public holidays. Must be able to safely drive a golf cart, and ideally, have a valid license to drive the Resort's van.
