Resident Duty Manager

The Royal Bermuda Yacht Club is seeking a Resident Duty Manager to join their team. This is a leadership role that will include overseeing the clubhouse, responsible for checking guests into the rooms as well as the opening and closing of the Club and security of the building. The Resident Duty Manager will be providing waiting support, supervising the food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional service. They will oversee setting up and breaking down for events, including managing and setting up AV and other IT requirements, which may involve lifting of furniture and other resources needed.

Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience within supervisory capacity • Able and willing to be on call when needed and flexible schedule to manage opening and closing of club house • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays • Experienced with POS systems especially Jonas Suite of Food & Beverage Software • Proficient in all technology from AV systems to PC’s to Entry Door systems
