Island Housekeeping Attendant

Reporting to the Luxury Sales + Events Manager, the Island Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our portfolio of luxury island villas and homes. This role supports the guest experience by ensuring that each property is immaculately maintained and fully prepared to deliver a five-star standard of comfort and care. In addition to daily housekeeping duties, the attendant may also be required to provide cleaning support during special events held on the islands, such as weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an exceptional eye for detail, and understands the importance of discretion and consistency in a luxury hospitality environment. As this is a guest-facing role, the attendant is expected to maintain a polished, professional, service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in high-end housekeeping, preferably within hospitality or private residences. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to luxury service standards. Friendly, courteous, and professional in guest interactions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with a strong work ethic. Capable of physical tasks including lifting, bending, and walking between properties. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and occasional event support.
