Short Order Cook

On behalf of our client, Jor-Jay’s Takeout, we seek a Short Order Cook. Having at least 5 years of experience as a cook and/or chef de partie in a busy kitchen environment, the short order cook will prepare and cook the food menu of the food truck. Must have strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Must be able to work at least 45 hours per week on alternating shifts, able to work late nights until 4:30am and be on call including weekends and public holidays at times.
