Food And Beverage Manager

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Food and Beverage Manager to manage and execute all aspects of catered events and food service operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering catering services while ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Assisting in managing cafes / restaurants/ buffets alongside with Director of Food Service

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in catering, food service, or event planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and catering/order management systems. Knowledge of food safety, presentation standards, and customer service best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid intermediate driver's license: ability to lift and transport catering materials as needed.
