On behalf of our client, Electrotechs, we seek a Top Grade Automotive Mechanic/Technician. Duties include inspecting and repairing engines and other mechanical components of automobiles and trucks, and determining estimates of repair costs. Must be considered an expert with all types of engines, automatic/manual gearboxes, car, van, bus and truck experience including diesel and fuel injection, computerized diagnostic and electronic engine management systems and electrical repairs. Must be willing and able to work overtime and be on call, including weekends and holidays at times.

Requirements

At least 5 years post apprenticeship work experience as an auto mechanic, diesel mechanic, or in a likely similar role. Expertise with standard tools. Applicants with certificates related to automobile/motor vehicle technology will be favorably considered.
