BCM CONSTRUCTION LIMITED has vacancies for several positions in relation to upcoming projects. Top Grade Masons must demonstrate skills in block laying, plastering, and concrete finishing. Top Grade Carpenters should have experience with traditional built and system formwork. Formworkers need experience with commercial formwork systems. Skilled Labourers provide support to masons and carpenters, use construction equipment, and erect scaffolding. Labourers perform general tasks including setup, cleanup, digging pits/trenches, and laying concrete. Applicants must be self-motivated, good timekeepers, and have a flexible approach to work, including a willingness to work additional hours as project demands.

Requirements

At least two years' experience and a proven track record working to demanding time schedules; professional attitude towards health and safety and site tidiness; ability to read construction drawings (for Masons/Carpenters); truck license (advantage for Skilled Labourers).
