Responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronics equipment, including commercial and home televisions, cell phones, computers and tablets, amplifiers and car audio equipment. Supervise the Electronic Services Technician to ensure customer enquiries and requests are met. Must have at least five (5) years' experience in electronics repair, replacing malfunctioning and broken parts, with expert knowledge in repairing iPads and Windows tablets, with advanced knowledge of PC and Mac Technical troubleshooting. Must have the ability to read electronic board schematic diagrams, with soldering and micro soldering skills and trace and troubleshoot microcircuits. Must have the ability to communicate clearly with customers regarding the nature of and solution to their equipment problems; quote costs, keep accurate records and manage diagrams and manuals. A technical or vocational certification would be an asset.
