We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service and & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. In this essential role, you will coordinate field technicians, manage service schedules, and communicate with customers to ensure efficient, timely repairs and maintenance. As the central link between the office and the field, our Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator prioritizes urgent calls, routes technicians for maximum productivity, and handles customer service inquiries with professionalism and care. Key Job Responsibilities include assigning HVAC technicians to service calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing updates on technician arrival times, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent customer service, communication and multitasking skills. Must be able to liaise with different parties in a timely manner. Two (2) years or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience. Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
