We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Floral Designer to join our team in a fast paced, design led retail and studio environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience within a busy retail florist shop and be confident across all aspects of floral design, including hand tied bouquets, arrangements, sympathy work, and wedding/event florals. A strong eye for detail, color, and composition is essential, along with the ability to execute designs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Applicants must be able to work independently, take initiative, and perform well under pressure particularly during peak periods. Flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and public holidays to meet operational demands and tight deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum of five years' experience within a busy retail florist shop. Confident across all aspects of floral design (hand tied bouquets, arrangements, sympathy work, wedding/event florals). Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
