Requirements

Eligible for or currently have a teaching license from the Bermuda Educators Council (BEC). Proven ability to nurture positive relationships between teachers, students and parents. Proficiency in curriculum programs, particularly in numeracy and literacy. Strong classroom management skills and an ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues and others. Recognized Montessori teaching credentials from AMS/AMI/NAMTA or other MACTE accredited organizations or International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme training at a minimum Category 2 level. Minimum of 3 years teaching in Primary/Elementary classrooms.
