BZ Ltd. is seeking suitably qualified individuals for the following positions. Applicants considered for all positions must have a minimum of 5 years proven progressive work experience, must be mature, motivated, trustworthy, energetic, meticulous in completing assigned duties, reliable and punctual with good interpersonal skills. Nanny/ Housekeeper: The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of child(ren), including infants/ toddlers. Duties may include but are not limited to school pickups, driving children to appointments, assistance with homework, overseeing the day-to-day activities and welfare of the child(ren). Responsibilities will also include all aspects of the day-to-day maintenance of the household including, but not limited to general organization, housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry and other household duties as assigned. Applicants must be excellent swimmers, comfortable working around family pets, able to travel with clients when and if necessary, and hold a current CPR and First Aid training certificate. Caregiver / Housekeeper: We are looking for experienced caregiver/housekeepers. Duties may include but not limited to, assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, grocery shopping, administering medicines and accompanying clients to doctor's appointments and other activities, and housekeeping. Applicants must hold Caregiving, Alzheimer's / Dementia, and CPR & First Aid training certifications. A Degree in nursing will be an advantage. Adult/ Child Caregiver: We are looking for Adult/ Child Caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Applicants must be knowledgeable in all aspects of child and/or elderly care. Applicants must be patient, reliable and willing to assist clients in all daily activities including personal care and hygiene. Primary duties include full-time care of child(ren) or a senior, must provide a safe, caring, stimulating and educational environment, meal preparation and age-appropriate activities. Applicants must be willing and able to travel with the family if needed. Applicants must hold Caregiving, Alzheimer's / Dementia, and CPR & First Aid training certifications. A Degree in nursing will be an advantage. Home Care Coordinator: Applicants must be proactive, organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills and good problem-solving abilities. Must be able to communicate well & have outstanding client service skills. Must be knowledgeable in Bermuda Health Council (BHC) and Bermuda Nursing Council (BNC) registration. The coordinator will be responsible for the evaluation of client needs, contributing to the care planning process of individual clients, scheduling, and staff allocation, mentoring, and supervising the team. A degree in nursing is an advantage. Must hold both Caregiver and Alzheimer's / Dementia certifications and be current with CPR and First Aid training certifications. Cleaning Supervisor: Applicants must have experience for both Commercial and Residential properties. Applicants must be proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties, in addition to routine cleaning, include scheduling, assigning specific duties and tasks, conducting site visits to assess client properties, conduct inspections ensuring that duties and tasks are carried out efficiently, perform regular checks of cleaning equipment and supplies, training and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners and/or Coordinators while they carry out their duties. Applicants must hold a current valid light and intermediate vehicle license. Cleaning Technician: Applicants must have experience for both Commercial and Residential properties, must be comfortable working around pets, and must have knowledge in the use of various cleaning products, chemicals and equipment, be accustomed to all types of cleaning to include but not limited to, routine commercial and residential cleaning, floor/carpet/upholstery care, kitchen and restroom cleaning, polishing silver and brass, wall/window washing, laundry and ironing, and outdoor cleaning including pressure washing. Maintenance Technician: The Applicant must be a professional with attention to detail and be a proactive independent worker with experience in electrical and plumbing repairs. Duties will involve but are not limited to repairing electrical and mechanical equipment/devices, maintaining generators, fire alarm and security systems, installation and maintenance of RO systems. A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering will be an advantage. Property Maintenance Technician: Applicant must be a skillful worker and able to carry out general maintenance and repairs on client properties in a fast and efficient manner. The successful applicant will have a full understanding of the overall maintenance of residential and commercial properties, having the ability to maintain lawns/gardens, repairs of dry wall/masonry work, interior/exterior/roof painting, general cleaning duties including heavy cleaning, utilizing chemicals and powered equipment which involves heavy lifting, steam cleaning carpets/upholsteries, walls/window washing, and be able to assess electrical and plumbing repairs to report to management. Applicants applying for any one of the above positions must be flexible with their time, as required work hours will vary. To be available to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays is a requirement. Applicants must have their own transportation and must hold a valid light or intermediate vehicle license or be willing to obtain the same within three (3) months.
