Allshores is seeking a senior executive to set the strategic direction for the global Property & Casualty (P&C) business, lead the integration of the P&C businesses, and position the business for long-term profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity to create a truly integrated P&C business to meet the needs of the markets it serves. The Executive Vice President (EVP), Group Head of P&C is the most senior P&C role at Allshores reporting to the Group President & Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

- University degree required, strong preference for a degree in actuarial science or similar. - Relevant designation in P&C, Risk Management, Reinsurance or Actuarial Sciences required. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in progressively senior leadership roles within the P&C industry. - Senior level underwriting experience required. - Experience with P&L accountability. - Experience leading large teams based in multiple locations.
