Abacus Ltd., a growing, dynamic accounting firm in Bermuda, is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for both service delivery and operational leadership within the Accounting Services department, reporting to the Director of Accounting Services. Key responsibilities include management of the overall client experience, driving operational excellence, leading and developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional accounting services including CFO-level controllership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Professional Qualified Accountant who is a member in good standing with CPA Bermuda; 4-5 years of experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting/Client Accounting Services (CAS), or similar professional services environment; Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client service delivery; Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and Bermuda payroll legislation; Proficiency with accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) and workflow tools.
