Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer – Global Head of Insurance Risk, the Risk Officer – Actuarial Independent Review will lead the Actuarial Independent Review team. Responsibilities include driving independent reviews of AIG Policyholder Liabilities, pricing and underwriting models, developing model governance policies, providing technical insight, and mentoring a high-performing team. Requirements

University undergraduate degree and a Fellow of Casualty Actuarial Society or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years of actuarial experience evidencing deliverables in actuarial reserving and pricing processes focused on property and casualty. Knowledge of international actuarial best practices. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the insurance market. Proven history of successful leadership in managing an international team.
