The ideal candidate must have the relevant recognized qualifications and experience in the maritime industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as Captain or equivalent. This position is seasonal. - must have RYA Yacht Master Offshore - must have STCW and ENG-1 or equivalents - must have experience with all types of propulsion, including inboard, outboard, sterndrive, and jet - must have experience and certifications instructing on operation of all types of propulsion This position requires the ability to work well with others, be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be customer service-oriented, able to supervise staff and manage people in a polite and professional manner. Early morning and late evening hours required, including weekends and public holidays. This is a drug free work place therefore random drug testing may be performed therefore only applicants who are qualified and good track-records need apply with a complete up-to-date resume and 2 work-related references to Best Services, P.O.
