We are seeking to employ a Broker at the Senior Vice President level on the Property team of our Insurance Brokerage Division. Aon is in the business of better decisions. Requirements

• University degree in a business-related field. • Minimum of fifteen years of recent insurance experience within the Property Insurance industry. • Strong knowledge of finance/accounting and general business terms. • Proven experience in working with North American retail brokers and clients. • Experience servicing Fortune 1000 and broader North American clients and their equivalent internationally. • Demonstrated experience in implementing risk strategies, marketing and servicing of global risk management programs within the global Property marketplace. • Experience leading client and market meetings • Broad Property experience in General Property, Energy, Construction, and Facilities. • Comprehensive understanding of risk and exposure analysis including Catastrophic Modeling, MFL, PML, and Loss Expectancies, further with the ability to explain clearly to underwriters and clients. • High level technical proficiency in understanding insurance policy and contract language. • Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
