Requirements
At least 5 years experience of related craft work in a commercial office and hospitality environment with an interior general contractor. Thorough understanding of detailed shop and architectural drawings, and proven ability to evaluate and construct within company performance expectations. The successful applicants must be able to work without supervision and train apprentice technicians. Our ideal candidate must be motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities, maintain strict schedules, strong problem solving and communication skills, and have their own transportation. Weekends and evenings will be required. Applicants must be able to pass a police background and random drug testing to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Salary
