We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as our new Recreation Manager. The Recreation Manager reports to the Director, Leisure & Recreation and is responsible for the management and operational oversight of all recreational programs and facilities at the resort, including pools, beach, spa activities, golf, kids’ camp, and seasonal resort activities. This role ensures programs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Fairmont luxury service standards. The Recreation Manager is accountable for staff development, guest engagement, departmental revenue, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in recreation management or related hospitality leadership roles. Proven ability to plan, implement, and oversee recreational programs and activities. Experience in a luxury resort or hotel environment is required. Education Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, or a related field required.
