Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recreation, in a supervisory role. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred. Competencies: Excellent customer service skills with a strong guest-focused approach, ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments, strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, ability to stand for extended periods, walk between facilities, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Swimming ability is an asset but not required.Salary
