The successful candidates must have at least 5 years' experience. Must be able to do catering and special menus, prepared to work hard and maintain a clean kitchen and work environment. A six day work week including weekends and public holidays. Able to work the breakfast shift from 5am - 1.00pm and the late-night shift from 10pm - 4am.
