BVS Limited (Bermuda Veterinary Services) is seeking applicants for the following roles: Clinical Director Applicants for the Clinical Director position should have experience leading and overseeing a veterinary team in the delivery of high-quality veterinary medicine, client care, and operational standards. Key responsibilities include providing hands-on clinical and operational leadership, actively supporting, mentoring, and training veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff, and driving excellence in medical standards, client communication, and service delivery, along with managing veterinary practice operations, reception, compliance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a qualified veterinary professional (MRCVS, RVN, or equivalent) with at least 7 years' proven leadership and training experience in a veterinary clinical setting and be client-focused, organized, and passionate about veterinary care. Veterinary Nurse Applicants for the Veterinary Nurse positions should hold a Registered Veterinary Nurse or Registered Veterinary Technician Certification or have successfully completed a Degree in Veterinary Medicine, must be proficient in anesthesia administration and monitoring, have excellent hospital skills, inpatient care, record keeping and client communication skills, as well as a compassionate nature and love for animals. This role requires special hours including working weekends, evenings and holidays based upon an on-call rotational schedule. Minimum of 3 years' experience required. Veterinary Surgeon Persons applying for the Veterinary Surgeon positions should hold a DVM, MRCVS or equivalent qualification from an accredited college of Veterinary Medicine, a current license to practice Veterinary Medicine and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a busy companion animal veterinary clinic and hospital. Applicants must be skilled and confident in their provision of emergency and critical care, surgery, complex medical case diagnosis and have exceptional client care and communication skills. Post-graduate training and/or previous experience in the areas of emergency medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation and/or imaging would be an asset.
