The Sports Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage therapy to clients with a focus on sports-related injuries and performance enhancement. Duties & Responsibilities: • Conducting thorough assessments of clients to determine their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans. • Performing sports massage techniques, including but not limited to Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial Release Technique, Deep Tissue therapy, and Active Release Technique. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care to clients. • Educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy and providing guidance on post-treatment care and exercises. • Maintaining accurate and detailed client records. Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills: • A certification in Sports Massage Therapy or related field(s) from an accredited programme, with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in sports massage therapy. • Combination of advanced education & practical experience in any of the following: Neuromuscular therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release Technique, Deep Tissue therapy, Active Release Technique. • A confident, self-motivated approach to service with a professional persona, ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and to deliver consistently high levels of service. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. • Team player mentality with the ability to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with minimal supervision. • Confident using computer systems and clinic-related software programs.
