Family Centre is seeking an experienced and highly skilled clinician to join our Counselling Services team as Counselling Team Leader. This senior role provides clinical leadership while delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families across Bermuda. Candidates must have the following: A Master's degree in counselling, social work, psychology, or a related health or social science discipline, with formal clinical training. A minimum of seven years' post-graduate counselling experience working with children, teens, and families presenting with emotional, behavioural, and/or social needs. Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, or professional support to counselling staff, students, or interns. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Sound knowledge of child and adolescent development, counselling theories and techniques, and and Bermuda's social service system. A commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice. Major duties and responsibilities include: Providing individual, family, and group counselling services to children, teens, and families with complex needs. Maintaining a caseload and delivering clinical assessments, treatment planning, and case management. Providing clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision to counselling staff, interns, and students. Supporting the design, delivery, and oversight of therapeutic group services and summer programmes. Collaborating with the Director of Counselling Services to support daily operations, quality improvement, and accreditation standards. Ensuring appropriate documentation, outcome measurement, and ethical practice are maintained.
