The Department of Education is seeking to recruit Substitutes for the Academic School Year 2026-2027. Substitutes are recruited to provide coverage for absences within schools in the Bermuda Public School System across Pre-School, Primary, Middle, and Senior levels, including Dame Marjorie Bean Hope Academy.
Requirements
Requirements vary by role: Certified Teachers must have a Bachelor's degree, teacher certification, BEC registration, and SCARS certificate. Uncertified Teachers must have a first degree and SCARS certificate. Para-Educators must have an Associates Degree, BEC registration, and SCARS certificate.
