Bermuda Motors Limited is seeking a Service Advisor to perform a wide range of duties in the service department and up hold the best customer service to our clients. Key duties include initiating automotive services, verifying warranty coverage, developing estimates, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2-plus years of experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred; Computer and point-of-sale proficiency; Previous customer service experience; Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; Equipment Maintenance and problem solving; Reporting research results and remain quality focused; Customer service and safety management.
