We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horticultural Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, deep knowledge of plant care, and the ability to manage comprehensive greenhouse operations. Oversee plant cultivation from seed germination to full transplanting, ensuring optimal growth conditions. In addition to hands-on horticultural work, you will provide expert guidance to customers, contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of nursery spaces, and support senior management in various operational tasks. Oversee and actively participate in all aspects of plant cultivation, including germination, seedling maintenance, and transplanting. Ensure the health and vitality of annuals and perennials, assisting in their proper care and ongoing maintenance. Deliver exceptional customer service, advising clients on plant selection, care techniques, and landscaping recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and order within all nursery and greenhouse spaces, including organizing tools, supplies, and plant inventory. Ability to display and create prominent showcase spaces around the nursery and retail floor. Assist the General Manager and owners in various horticultural, operational, and administrative tasks. Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the efficiency and success of our horticultural operations.
