Assistant Director Of Educational Standards And Accountability

Works under the direction of the Director of Educational Standards and Accountability to manage the operations of an assigned cluster of schools, ensure that principals discharge their duties efficiently and effectively, and hold them accountable for the organization, management, and delivery of programs to school children. Duties include financial and human resources administration, consultation with ministry officials, and liaison with parents and guardians.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years' relevant post-qualification experience in educational administration within the Bermuda school system, including three (3) years at the senior management level. Must possess a master's degree or equivalent in educational administration, a professional qualification in an education discipline, and a Bermuda Educators Council License.
