The Loans & Collections Supervisor will be responsible for the operational oversight, performance management, and coordination of the Loans & Collections Department. This role ensures disciplined underwriting standards, structured delinquency control, portfolio performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The person will provide leadership to departmental staff while serving as the primary liaison between the department, Senior Management, and the Credit Committee.

Requirements

• At least an Associate’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in lending, credit, or financial services, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior operational role. • Strong working knowledge of consumer lending, underwriting standards, delinquency management, and collections practices. • Demonstrated experience in loan portfolio monitoring, credit risk management, and performance reporting. • Sound understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and internal control frameworks within a financial institution or credit union environment. • Proven leadership ability, with experience supervising staff, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative team culture. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risk and determine appropriate escalation strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members, management, and committees. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and member information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with loan management or core banking systems.

$90000 - 100000 per month
