As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading more complex audit assignments and have proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and engagement teams. You will possess a collaborative mindset and be able to forge effective working relationships with others at all levels across our organization, locally and internationally. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating teams, researching complex technical issues, identifying opportunities for innovation, upholding firm standards, and mentoring talent.

Requirements

An internationally recognised accounting designation, such as the CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA. A minimum of 7 years of relevant audit experience in a public practice firm coupled with strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and / or IFRS reporting standards. Proven ability to lead teams, coach and develop talent, and build strong client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Significant experience in the (re)insurance or asset management industry.
