Performance Construction Ltd. is seeking Carpenters and Drywallers for high-end or luxury commercial hotel renovations. Responsibilities include working on scaffolding at heights of 60 feet, installing structural steel joists and framing, and specific trade tasks like installation of ornamental decorative moldings for carpenters or achieving a level 5 finish for drywallers.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in your trade. Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial hotel renovations, particularly in high-end or luxury construction projects. Experience working under OSHA regulations. Ability to work weekends and evenings when required.
