Oversee day-to-day coordination of large complex hospitality projects including construction, FF&E installation, and operations coordination. Use experience with hotel renovation projects to deliver on time, within budget, and meet client-approved design criteria. Assume full accountability for performance on assigned projects as outlined in client agreements, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and client expectations. Work closely with project management teams to administer project documents, ensuring adherence to design, reporting, and task requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training; 5+ years’ experience working on major hospitality projects in resort settings in excess of $250 million; Procore Certified; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Apps, Procore, and MS Project; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience with interior FF&E Tags and Specifications.
