On the behalf of our client, Carvalho Construction Limited, we seek a Millwork Fabricator / Finisher. The MFF will fabricate, finish and install custom carpentry structures & decoration. The MFF will prepare, paint, and finish using paints, stains, lacquers, varnishes and polyurethanes. He will be comfortable with the preparation and finishing of wood materials to be used in bespoke modern day commercial and residential applications. Must be able to read plans and blueprints, have expert knowledge of decorative and specialty finishes eg. Antique glass, and brass etching. With an exceptional level of attention / workmanship.

Requirements

Holding at least 10 years of progressive experience in a millwork / fabrication work environment and familiar with all aspects of interior systems installation / finish carpentry. Must be able to read plans and blueprints, have expert knowledge of decorative and specialty finishes eg. Antique glass, and brass etching. Persons holding formal credentials in the space will be favorably considered.
