The Manager, Financial Reporting, serves as a key representative of the Controller's organization and collaborates daily with leaders, managers, and colleagues across our markets and other functional teams to facilitate the successful achievement of organizational goals. Job Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, leading the application of U.S. GAAP standards, maintaining knowledge of public company reporting, accounting for bonus plans, overseeing work of 3rd parties for cashflows and equity investments, ensuring SOX compliance, and managing disclosure committee processes and external audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA, CA or ACCA qualification required. 5+ years of Big-4 public accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting. Direct experience with Sarbanes-Oxley internal control reporting. Direct experience in U.S. GAAP accounting for purchase accounting and impairment testing. Direct experience in consolidation accounting of subsidiaries across multiple foreign currency jurisdictions. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred. Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
