On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead a team of wall and floor tilers/installers. Experience working in high-end or luxury commercial construction projects, with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure top-quality workmanship. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating tiling teams on-site, planning daily work schedules, ensuring work meets quality and safety specifications, inspecting completed work, ordering materials, and mentoring tilers.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience working with wall, floor and counter-top tile, including all natural stones and tile, granite, marble and glass tiles; Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials and tools; Previous supervisory or team-leading experience; Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety; Ability to work as part of a team; Be willing to work extended hours as needed.
