The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle — from estimate to handover — including staff and subcontractor management, schedule creation and maintenance (using recognized scheduling software), contract administration per company procedures, and liaison with design teams and clients. Greymane is a Drug Free Workplace and applicants may be required to submit to drug screening prior to appointment.

Requirements

Minimum of eight to ten years continuous construction industry experience including five years in a similar position with a construction company. Strong background in Quantity Surveying and Project Management with working knowledge of estimating, procurement, construction administration and scheduling. Relevant construction/QS qualification and membership in an appropriate professional body. Detailed understanding of Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate software systems and strong Microsoft Office suite skills. Applicants must have own transportation or ability to secure.
