Allshores is seeking a senior executive to set the strategic direction for the global Property & Casualty (P&C) business, lead the integration of the P&C businesses, and position the business for long-term profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity to create a truly integrated P&C business to meet the needs of the markets it serves. The Executive Vice President (EVP), Group Head of P&C is the most senior P&C role at Allshores reporting to the Group President & Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

University degree required, strong preference for a degree in actuarial science or similar, and preference for an MBA or advanced degree. A relevant designation in P&C, Risk Management, Reinsurance or Actuarial Sciences required. Minimum of 15 years of experience in progressively senior leadership roles within the P&C industry, including executive level experience required. Senior level underwriting experience is required, including knowledge of reinsurance structures and actuarial concepts such as pricing, reserves and risk assessments.
