Carpenter(s). Successful applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in all aspects of the carpentry industry. Must be able to work in workshop and produce high quality custom work and finish work. Must be capable of interpreting drawings to fabricate sash windows, French doors, base boards, crown moldings, staircases, arched door frames, curved handrails, cabinets etc. Pitch roof, formwork, fur out ceilings and install all millwork. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of work at all times. Mason(s). Candidates must have at least 5 years' proven work experience, ability to complete all forms of masonry and associated maintenance relative to the position, be reliable, able to self-manage and have excellent time keeping with a willingness to work overtime to meet the needs of the business. Being physically fit as considerable lifting of heavy materials with much bending is required. A police clearance certificate is required.
