Full job description: Dreamscapes Limited is seeking to add an experienced Project Coordinator (PC) to our Landscape/Hardscape/Construction team. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective implementation of our services, while coordinating and executing all activities related to the preparation, construction, and completion of our projects. This role is instrumental in fostering and nurturing relationships while ensuring seamless project execution. The Project Coordinator works with the client, designer, and project manager to ensure projects are moving along smoothly. As the PC communicates directly with our clients, it is important to be courteous, professional, and able to demonstrate the customer service and high-quality standards that Dreamscapes Limited strives for.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with project manager to deliver projects effectively within established timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress. and ensure milestones are met
Identify and escalate project obstacles to project manager for timely resolution
Coordinate delivery of project materials and resources as required
Collaborate with vendors and project manager to gather necessary information for drawing updates and revisions
Initiate and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors
Participate in team meetings and activities to contribute to company objectives
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate project requirements and status with customers, vendors, project manager, and senior management Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position with a reputed landscape design/build/construct company Expert knowledge of commercial and residential hardscapes and landscapes Good knowledge of residential construction practices and sequence of work Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-aced team environment Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally Ability to work with minimal supervision and make responsible decisions with high accountability Customer and deadline-focused mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach Proficiency in producing documents, reports, and data binders using various programs and tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Bachelor's degree in horticulture/landscape architecture/botany/construction technology will be given preferencesSalary
