Requirements
Applicants - 5 years' experience - demonstrate proven experience in the following: Interpret blueprints for layout and procurement Cut, surface, polish and install marble and granite units. Manage Construction of formwork Work with general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors Residential and industrial construction, repair, restoration and installation of wood and related materials Construct interior walls, stairs, frame roofs, frames, drywall, crown molding, doors, and cabinets. Finish with stain, paint or varnish Knowledge of all tools, equipment, and materials common to the carpentry trade Instruct assigned laborers Be physically fit and able to lift material and climb scaffolding flexible in working extended hours on weekdays, weekends and overtime when required at short notice.Salary
