Pool Service Technicians Having at least three years progressive work experience in pool maintenance and operation, general repairs, and plumbing, the pool technician will service and maintain our clients' swimming pools. Duties will include but are not limited to installing pool equipment, servicing existing systems and repairing any faults, cracks or leaks; maintain and fix pool and spa equipment; conduct pool maintenance; pool and water cleaning; measuring and applying chemicals for correct water balance. Must have excellent knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance, be able to work with hazardous chemicals, and willing and able to work overtime and be on call including weekends and holidays at times. Marble and Stone Specialists Having at least 5 years of experience as an exceptionally skilled worker/mason and with expertise in the installation of dimensional stone, granite tiles, marble slap work and veneer work with dry mechanical connections. Must be able to read plans, measure, make and lay out work with precision, prepare wall and floor surfaces, fill holes and cracks, use modern tile patterns, be skilled in the use of tile cutting equipment, apply grout and generally work at a very high level. Must be willing and able to work overtime and be on call including weekends and holidays at times. Pool Technicians Having at least 5 years' work experience in pool maintenance and operation, general repairs, remodeling, resurfacing and renovations, the pool technician will service and maintain our customers' swimming pools. Duties will include installing pool equipment, servicing existing systems and repairing any faults, cracks or leaks; maintaining and fixing pool and spa equipment; conduct pool maintenance; pool and water cleaning; measuring and applying chemicals for correct water balance. Must have excellent knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance, be able to work with hazardous chemicals, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Candidates with sufficient plumbing, resurfacing, remodeling and electrical expertise will be favorably considered. Service Technician Having at least 10 years work experience as an Electrician or in a likely similar role and being expertly skilled in all facets of electrical installation, maintenance, and the relevant electrical codes. Must also have proven experience independently troubleshooting various electrical issues. Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering will be favorably considered. Service Installation Technician Having at least 5 years of work experience as an HVAC Technician, the candidate must be proficient and knowledgeable at working on all brands and models of HVAC/R equipment including Commercial Refrigeration and Freezer Equipment. The candidate must have a valid refrigerant handling license. Must be able to install and service mini splits, centrals, VRF, ice machines, chillers, refrigeration equipment and domestic fridges. Duties will include but are not limited to troubleshooting, repair, service, installing and maintaining all types of HVAC/R and Refrigeration equipment. Must be willing to work overtime and holidays regularly.
