On behalf of our client, First Class Electrics Ltd., we seek: Service Technicians Having at least 5 years work experience and be expertly skilled in all facets of electrical installation, maintenance and the relevant code. Must also have proven experience independently troubleshooting various electrical issues, project management, and effectively completing a given job in accordance with relevant building code and FCE standards. Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays. On behalf of our client, GEL Tiling and Maintenance Dock & Swimming Pool Repairs, we seek a: Top Grade Mason and Tiler Having at least five years of professional masonry experience and skilled in all aspects of materials and tools of the masonry trade and with expertise in the installation of dimensional stones, granite tiles, marble slap work and veneer work with dry mechanical connections. Duties will include but not limited to masonry work, general repairs and maintenance work, minor plumbing, and minor electrical installation, carpentry, and tiling. Must be able to handle heavy physical workload and willing to work overtime and during holidays and weekends as projects demand. On behalf of our client, RJS Landscaping, Construction and Excavation, we seek: Top Grade Masons/Tilers Having at least five years of professional masonry experience and skilled in all aspects of materials and tools of the masonry trade and with expertise in the installation of dimensional stones, granite tiles, marble slap work and veneer work with dry mechanical connections. Duties will include but not limited to masonry work, tiling, general repairs and maintenance work, minor plumbing, and minor electrical installation. On behalf of our client, Clear Choice Doors Windows & Glass, we seek a: Senior Glass & Mirror Installer Successful candidates must have at least 5 years of work experience in glass installation and must be able to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings. Duties will include but are not limited to the installation and upgrades of glass shower doors, walls, mirrors and other glass centric products and hardware components; measuring, cutting and calculating glass layout/ design for installations; and providing reliable high quality customer support to clients. Must be able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime and during weekends and holidays as projects demand. Candidates with valid Bermuda driver's license or able to obtain one will be favorably considered. On behalf of our client, Solterra Landscape & Design Limited, we seek a: Hardscape (Masonry) Specialist Having at least 5 years of experience supported by at least 2 t2 professional references, applicants must have the ability to fully install and maintain hardscape landscape designs for both residential and commercial applications. Must be able to install pavers and stepping stones, brick driveways & floors, low walls, sidewalks, exterior fireplace design, and complete other projects associated with both indoor and outdoor decoration. Must be able to read plans and blueprints. Applicants having a horticultural background and/or a heavy truck license will be favorably considered. On behalf of our client, Limestone Holdings Ltd., we seek: a Top-Grade Mason Having at least five years of professional masonry experience and skilled in all aspects of materials and tools of the masonry trade and standard practices. Duties will include but are not limited to: Prepares surfaces prior to beginning work; Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces; Lays blocks or bricks following blueprints, plans, or drawings; Determines work requirements and sequence of masonry/ tile assignments through review of work orders, plans, or drawings; Lays out work using chalk lines, plumb bobs, tapes, squares, and levels; Mixes cement using hoes, cement-mixing equipment, and/or hand tools; Cuts or breaks bricks and concrete using hammers, powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills, and/or hand tools; Molds expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers and straightedge; Operates equipment, such as forklift, dump truck, and flatbed. Must be knowledgeable with plans and blueprints, physically fit and willing to work overtime and during holidays and weekends as projects demand.
