This position is for an individual with proven skills to work as an Experienced Landscape/Hardscape/Maintenance Gardener in a very demanding Landscaping/Hardscape/Maintenance Company. Responsibilities include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding gardens, removing debris, installing pavers, constructing dry-stack walls, stepping stones, and other projects associated with outdoor decorative concrete work. The role requires the ability to assume supervisor duties in their absence and liaising with customers to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a successful landscape/hardscape/maintenance gardener. Must demonstrate proper handling of all landscape-related tools. Skill sets include trimming hedges 2-10 feet, pruning shrubs/citrus/fruit trees, and experience with brick/concrete paving. Applicants holding or able to obtain an intermediate or heavy truck license may be given preference. Must have two reference letters. Zero-tolerance policy for drugs & alcohol.
