KPMG Advisory is looking for a Manager with experience in Management Consulting, including but not limited to, experience in managing a diverse portfolio of engagements and working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver consulting services to healthcare clients. Role and responsibilities: Executing advisory engagements, which may involve process transformation, operational performance improvement, strategy and policy development, financial modelling, people & change, data & analytics, and stakeholder engagement. Understanding client issues and using robust research, analysis, and innovative techniques to establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics to near and long-term performance improvement. Management of client transformation-related engagements; acting as project lead, serving as key contact for the client, developing and managing project scope, and workplans/budgets and assessing risk. Providing clients with support in making clinical service operational improvements resulting in better quality of care and patient outcomes. Operational transformation including process improvement, operational model design and implementation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service. Collaborating with partners, directors and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations. Identifying and fostering long-term relationships with new and existing target clients. Participating in new business development, including the preparation and presentation of our offerings to the market. Reporting to clients, and the internal management team, on engagement progress and ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory rules. Develop and manage project plans and financials. Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and attributes: A minimum of five years' experience providing services to healthcare organizations. Proficient across the PEST framework, with ability to develop a deep understanding of people, social, technology, and economic trends, Strong project management, research, organizational and administrative skills are essential. Ability to apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills. First class written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce and review complex financial reports and proposals. Strong presentation skills as the role requires regular internal and external presentations to be delivered as well as a proven ability to competently discuss related matters with clients. A high degree of competence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. A self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task on a daily basis and maintain high levels of drive and resilience. A willingness and capacity to work overtime at short notice is essential as this is a highly demanding environment with very tight report deadlines.A minimum of five years' experience providing services to healthcare organizations.
