DIETARY PREP AIDE – CASUAL

Under the general direction of the Ingredient Control Supervisor the Dietary Prep Aide is responsible for the daily preparation and assembly of food ingredients for all menus. Maintains a high level of sanitation and safety practices. Works as a team member in providing high quality, safe, nutritional food service that meets the needs and expectations of our clients in a cost effective manner.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience in a related field. Post-graduate studies in human resources, preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in the management of multiple Benefits Programs in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience with managing American Benefit Plans, an asset. Certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SHRP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or equivalent and possess membership in good standing with the appropriate professional organisation, if applicable. Must demonstrate integrity and respect for client confidentiality. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
