Ricky's Barbershop invites applications for the position of a skilled/license Barber to service clients who are wanting services, including, men, women, and children in need of haircuts, eye-brow arching, shaves, outlines, tinting, etc. The barber is responsible for the day-to-day management of his/her time, appointments with his/her clients, greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner, and providing the above-mentioned services to the clients' satisfaction. Key duties include adhering to proper dress code, greeting clients professionally, consulting with clients on desired services, and providing satisfactory services.

Requirements

Barber certifications from a recognized institution required; minimum 5-year work experience in cutting all hair types; ability to use and provide necessary equipment such as razors, clippers, outliners, scissors; knowledge of health and hygiene regulations; exceptional customer service skills; willingness to work long hours and weekends if necessary; knowledge of current hairstyles and trends.
