Senior:

Manager:
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience delivering consulting services in any of the following areas: Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk, within a professional services firm or large-scale organization, including relevant industry experience.
• Experience supporting with business development, selling, and delivering related services.
• Effective project management skills including experience leading engagements, or components of engagements, and supporting and reviewing work of junior team members.
• Actuarial experience must include: IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI Implementation projections, experience with actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes is required.
Senior Manager:
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, PINSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant progressive experience delivering consulting services in any of the following areas: Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk, within a professional services firm or large-scale organization, including relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including, coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members.
• Experience directly supporting business growth, managing large-scale client engagements, and practice management.
• Experience working on large scale projects utilizing effective project management skills within Financial Services or other targeted sectors.
Actuarial experience must include: IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI Implementation projections, experience with actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes is required.
