Benefits Manager

Under the leadership of the Director of Human Resources & Operations, the Benefits Manager will be responsible and accountable for the design, execution, communication, and management of BHB's Benefits Plans and related programs. The Benefits Manager will ensure the overall administration and management for all leave and benefit plans, and will evolve, evaluate, and maintain efficient processes, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience in a related field. Post-graduate studies in human resources, preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in the management of multiple Benefits Programs in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience with managing American Benefit Plans, an asset. Certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional (SHRP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or equivalent and possess membership in good standing with the appropriate professional organisation, if applicable. Must demonstrate integrity and respect for client confidentiality. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
